Knauf Insulation has more than 40 years in the insulation industry. Today the company employs over 5,000 people across 35 countries. Our brief was to produce a report to demonstrate how Knauf continues to make excellent progress towards their 2020 sustainability objectives including reduction in waste and energy.
Knauf Insulation’s Sustainability Report is part marketing document and part Sustainability Report so it will appeal to staff, stakeholders, existing clients and potential clients. AB has now worked on six sustainability reports for Knauf.
Working closely with Knauf’s communications team in Brussels we agreed to evolve the 2016 design and make it more accessible with better imagery and clear infographics to bring complicated information to life e.g. BIM (Building Information Modelling) and emissions legislation.
The AB strategy and creative teams worked closely with the content producers to ensure the calls to action and takeouts were obvious for the target readers.
A 68-page magazine style sustainability report titled ‘IM: Insulation Matters’ to be distributed internationally and also available online as a PDF. The feedback has been very positive and we are in early discussions about the 2018 sustainability report.
I say this each year but I really do think this year’s report is our BEST YET!
